Analogue Art Print Club
When is my snail mail posted out?
Analogue Art Print Club snail mail is sent out at the start of every month - specifically the first UK working day each month.
What dates will I be charged?
You will be charged on the day you sign up and then the following applies:
For monthly memberships, you will be charged on the same date every month.
For three month memberships, you will be charged on the same date every three months.
For six month memberships, you will be charged on the same date every six months.
For twelve month memberships, you will be charged on the same date every twelve months.
If you sign up on a 29th, 30th or 31st, you will be charged on the closest date each month.
I've been charged again, before my first post has arrived — why?
For some customers (particularly those whose billing date is towards the start of the month), your next billing date may overlap with delivery dates.
So, for example, if you signed up on 2 January, you will pay on 2 January and your mail will be shipped 1 February. Whilst you wait for this to arrive (those silly snails!) you will be charged again on 2 February but don't worry. This isn't a double charge. You are simply being billed for the following month's snail mail. You will never be paying extra!
Can I pause/cancel my membership?
I hope you will stay with the club the whole way through but when that is not possible, you can of course pause or cancel your membership any time via your account.
Can I gift this subscription to someone else?
I think that's a great idea and yes you can!
When placing the order, simply add the (very lucky) recipient's details in the delivery section but your details in the billing section.
Can I buy prints from any months I missed?
Yes! From March 2026, you will be able to purchase previous months' prints but this will depend on stock and (again depending on stock) it may only include the A5 print.
Members of the print club can request a discount code via the contact form for use on previous months' prints!
Delivery Information
How much is delivery?
Free delivery for all orders in the UK 🎉
For international orders, delivery is free for Analogue Art Print Club orders but for everything else, delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.
Will my order be tracked?
All orders except Analogue Art Print Club orders will have a tracking number.
When will my order be dispatched?
UK orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days.
International orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days.
If the item requires additional drying time before shipping, information will be provided on the product page.
When will my order arrive?
UK orders aim to arrive within 3 working days of dispatch.
International orders aim to arrive within 2 weeks of dispatch but can be subject to customs delays.
Customs and Import Taxes etc.
For international orders, customs and import taxes may of course apply to your order and you accept responsibility for these and any similar costs should they arise.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are reserved for the very rare occassion where an item is damaged during transit. If you encounter this issue, then please take a bunch of photos to document the damage and get in touch via the form below.
Please note that you wont be able to send photos via the contact form below but hold onto them so you can share them when I get in touch with a reply.
Commission Queries
Are you accepting commissions right now? Yes - commissions are currently open and I would be thrilled to create a bespoke and personal art piece for you 🎨
How can I request a commissioned piece? To commission custom artwork, complete the contact form at the bottom of the page and provide as much of the following information as you can:
- subject matter (food, landscape, etc.)
- preferred materials (paint, oil pastels, etc.)
- whether you have any reference photos?*
- estimated size
- any deadlines/key dates
*Note that you wont be able to send photos via the contact form but hold onto them so you can share them when I get in touch.
What does the process look like?
Once you've sent across your initial request, I will:
- review the details and get in touch to discuss or provide more details
- prepare a draft based on our communication
- take payment of a non-refundable deposit when I start the work (60% of commission fee)
- arrange one or two feedback sessions where you can provide further input and request appropriate changes
- request payment of the remainder before I ship the work
How much will commissioned art cost?
Commissioned pieces usually start at £3,750 (inc VAT) but ultimately can go up or down depending on size, subject matter, material, exclusivity, delivery location, deadlines etc.
At what point do I pay?
60% of the payment will be taken prior to work beginning and the remaining charged prior to shipping.
This all feels a bit overwhelming...
That's completely normal!
With commissioned art, you're exposed to some of the decision making points artist face behind the scenes and you don't usually need to confront with ready-made art. It can be intense for the non artist but don't worry.
Custom artwork can be worth the extra effort and I'm here to guide you through it.
